March is Women’s History Month and Lt. Charlton is one of the first females to complete
the US Navy Submarine Officer Basic Course.

ELIZABETH CITY, NC – Join the Museum of the Albemarle in celebrating Women’s History Month on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 12:15 p.m. for History for Lunch.  Guest speaker Lieutenant Jennifer Charlton, Supply Corps, United States Navy Supply Officer, FLEET LOGISTIC COMMAND NORFOLK will share her experiences, such as being one of the first females to complete the United States Navy Submarine Officer Basic course and serving as supply officer on the USS Michigan.
