Take a Self Defense Class and recieve a free gift!

Defend and Retreat is Personal Security Academy's( PSA)  self-defense program. Classes are taught the first Saturday of each month.  (9 am to 5 pm) Class location is 216 North McMorrine St. Elizabeth City, NC   We introduce more than 50 techniques to our students.  These technique are easy and basic. Our goal is help students get out of a situation and get help. Our system relies on technique not strength.  Your size, gender and strength and age are not an issue. PSA will modify the technique to fit the student.
