On May 11th, 2014 heaven gained our beloved "Mrs. Margie". Mrs. Margie always believed in keeping things lively, and there was never a dull moment. In honor of who she was and what she stood for we present to all the Margie Seymore Community Center. The community center will allow our community to engage into activities that are enjoyable for all ages. This is a place for you, your family, and your friends that is safe, welcoming, and will strengthen the lives of all the people in our community. Our mission is to reach out to Currituck and all the surrounding counties to host events that cater to everyone. Our values include caring, sharing, community, respect, responsibility, and growth.
The Margie Seymore Community Center extends the offer to rent out the facility to anyone interested in hosting a event. The building is very spacious and equipped with tables, chairs, and a event planner if needed.
